These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by AdSnap Studios, a brand operated under Euro Smart Homes LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

We provide custom AI-assisted social media video ads for ecommerce brands, optimized for multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront at checkout via Shopify.

  • Work begins only after your payment is successfully processed and cleared.

3. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver projects in under 4 hours from final approval, but for legal purposes, our guaranteed delivery window is within 1 business day after final approval.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (technical issues, client delays, etc.).

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is governed by our Refund Policy (linked separately). In summary:

  • Full refund if requested before production begins.

  • Partial refund if requested after production begins but before voiceover generation.

  • No refunds once voiceover generation has started, except at our discretion for quality issues.

5. Revisions

  • You may request revisions during the production period (up to 3 days after delivery) while files are stored in our system.

  • After this period, all project files are deleted permanently.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials you upload (product images, videos, logos, etc.).

  • You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely for the purpose of creating your ad.

7. Ownership & Rights

  • All client-provided assets remain your property and will not be reused by us.

  • The final delivered ad is assigned to you with full commercial rights for unlimited use.

  • We retain rights to any templates, AI prompts, stock media, and other creative elements we developed or licensed.

8. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee specific ad performance, sales results, or platform acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost sales, platform bans, or reputational damage.

10. Privacy

Your personal and project data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
